"It's your farm. Post it." is a smart line, it turns the campaign into something farmers actually want to share instead of just look at. The milk bottle label holds up well at that small size too.

I developed Patch's brand identity — including logo, hand-illustrated iconography, typography, and color palette — combining a soft sage color scheme with detailed vintage-style bread illustrations to reflect the brand's handcrafted, cozy character.
