Built “Maison Mémoire” for the Melius Challenge — a cinematic AI fashion short film about a hidden couture house that restores forgotten emotional memories through garments.
The project was created entirely inside Melius during the challenge window using interconnected AI agents and multi-node creative workflows.
Instead of treating AI as a single prompt tool, I approached it like a real cinematic production pipeline: • Narrative Architect agents for storytelling continuity • Identity Preservation systems for character consistency • Environment generation for Maison Mémoire worldbuilding • Cinematic storyboard workflows • Memory visualization pipelines • Seedance 2.0 motion sequences • Emotional pacing + soundtrack direction
The goal wasn’t to create “AI spectacle,” but something quieter, tactile, emotionally restrained, and cinematic — inspired by luxury fashion films and poetic storytelling.
One of the most interesting parts of the process was designing specialized agents that behaved like creative departments: creative direction, visual consistency, cinematic sequencing, and emotional continuity working together across the workflow canvas.
Built with: • GPT-5.4 agents • GPT Image 2 • Seedance 2.0 • Multi-node cinematic workflows inside Melius
Submission includes: • Full workflow canvas • Process breakdown • Storyboard system • Motion pipeline • Final cinematic short film • Workflow walkthrough
Some memories are never lost. Only waiting to be worn.
