A self-initiated exploration of how AI-driven visuals can expand the range of beauty assets available to a brand, starting from clean studio-style references and pushing them into more editorial, surreal territory while keeping product and character consistency across the full set.
Workflow:
Base images built in Flora using a node-based setup. One node for the master composition, additional nodes for scale variants, detailcrops, and the studio-reference version. Character, makeup and lighting kept consistent across the set through the same reference chain. Final color, retouch and finishing in the Adobe suite.

Holding character and product consistency across a full set is exactly where most AI beauty work falls apart, so anchoring everything to one reference chain is the right call. Pushing from clean studio into editorial and surreal without losing the product is what makes this usable for a real brand rather than just a moodboard.

I'm so excited!!! I made this cinematic scene using seedance 2.5. All I can say is wow... this is amazing.
This one never made it across the finish line, but it’s still one of my favorite identity concepts I’ve worked on.
I created this direction for Susie’s, building the mark around a custom script wordmark and a simple cherry illustration that gave the brand a little personality without losing its polish. The final client direction went somewhere else, which is just part of the process, but I’ve always loved how this one came together.
Not every good idea gets chosen. Some are still worth sharing.
