Hello everyone! I'm excited to present my work for the @CapCut Seedance 2.5 Video Challenge by Contra !
When choosing a theme for this project, I wanted to touch upon something relatable and important to each of us. That's why this idea came to my mind. After all, each of us sometimes wanders through dark corridors filled with our fears on our life journey and doesn't always see a way out. But we must remember which battle is truly the most important and which victory is the most valuable. The answer I found in my reflections - you can see in the video.

How I made it:
1. Formulated the idea and wrote the script
2. Broke down the script into timelines and detailed each scene
3. Validated and generated the required prompt in Claude over several iterations with manual adjustments
4. Generated the video in CapCut Seedance 2.5, also over several iterations
5. Did a quick post-production in CapCut Media Editor

Going script first, then timelines and scene breakdowns before ever touching Seedance is a much more deliberate process than most people bother with for a challenge entry. Which stage ate up the most iterations, the Claude prompt validation or the post production pass?

What took the most time was proofreading and tweaking the prompts from Claude + adjusting them for the initial not-super-successful iterations. The hardest part was implementing the final scene - making sure the faces of the heroine and the...

I tested the exact same prompt twice and got two completely different results. It’s interesting to see how much the model can reinterpret the same idea depending on the generation.
Both have their strengths, but I definitely have a favorite.

A premium AI-generated product commercial created for Mitokatlyst™-E, a mitochondrial health supplement positioned around daily energy, vitality, and healthy aging.
The concept follows a cinematic wellness narrative—from a calm morning ritual and product preparation to elegant cellular-energy visualization and an active, vibrant lifestyle. The visual direction combines luxury wellness, biotechnology, and editorial product cinematography, with soft ivory tones, turquoise and lime accents, macro details, shallow depth of field, and polished lighting.
The project was developed as a 12-frame commercial concept designed for Meta, Instagram, and YouTube advertising, with a strong focus on premium brand storytelling and scroll-stopping visual quality.
