Today, I completed 2 years at Framer as a Template Specialist š„
I won't write another "speech," per se, but I just wanna appreciate the entire community of users, creators, and customers who show immense love for the team at Framer.Ā
When you show love, we give love back to you. If you criticize some things, we take it as healthy feedback to work on. I can say this because I have seen these things happen behind the scenes, and every team member here is open to listening to you guys.Ā

Good on you. If I may ask, 2 years is a lot of time to learn a lot of important things. But in 2 years, what is the 1 bit you learned that was most valuable.
Great question! One important thing I learned was how to be close with the creator to make their journey easy, from submission to template launch. I got to learn their side of the story and then improved the process.
