Most local business blogs chase the wrong words.
A plumber answering 'why is my water heater leaking from the bottom' gets found by the person about to call today. 'Plumbing services' does not.
I write content around the exact questions a customer types right before they buy.
what do your customers ask you over and over?
The hardest part of starting this wasn't the writing.
I can write the blog posts. Getting someone to believe they're worth paying for is the part that stops me.
I keep telling myself it just takes time, maybe that's true.
How did you get your first people to trust the work?
Most small businesses don't need a blog yet.
They need one page that says what they do in plain words, and a Google profile that isn't half empty.
I run a blog business and that is still the first thing i tell people. What would you fix first?
I want to write one free blog post for a small business this week.
No catch. I run a done for you blog service with zero clients so far, and I would rather make something real than keep tweaking my own site
If you run a small business, what would you want yours to be about?
Nobody tells you the first customer is the hardest sale you will ever make.
