Designing products for startups and entrepreneurs is something I've been very involved with for the last six years and it's something I'm extremely passionate about. People often overlook the design process, but it's one of the most critical areas vital to the success of brining any product to market. I'm here to help you build the future.

Process

The new product process is simple and straightforward; discovery call, project outline call, formal commencement call. Once we move past this, the design meetings and reviews are subject to the contract overview.

Discovery Call - We discuss what your product idea is, what you've done with it so far, product goals, budget, timeline, design options, etc. You will get an idea for a generalization of the process of building your product and rough estimation of what the project could cost (not an exact amount).

Project Outline Call - We've already gone over the essentials of your project and will figure out contracts, payments, deadlines/milestones, deliverables, intellectual property, data management, etc. before moving forward.

Formal Commencement Call - We have agreed to a project schedule and contract and this is just a formal chat before we get started incase you have any other questions or accommodation requests.

Once I start designing your product, we will have regular communication via private Discord server and regularly scheduled milestone meetings that will be in the form of a Zoom call. If you have any preferred specific communication methods, we can discuss them during the Project Outline Call.

*If you only have a single part that needs to be 3D modeled in a specific software, we can discuss hourly rates. This service is meant for project support on continuously active projects.

  • What kind of support do you provide after the project is completed?

    After project completion, we offer support that may include revisions, updates, and assistance with any issues related to the design or digital assets. The goal is to ensure that the final product meets your expectations and performs as intended, and we are available to address any questions or additional needs you may have.

  • Can you help with the implementation of the design in a real-world application?

    Yes, I can assist with the implementation of the design by providing consulting on integrating the design into real-world applications. This may include support with manufacturing processes, prototyping, and ensuring that the design performs as intended in practical use.   • How do you handle confidentiality and intellectual property for my project?

    Your product is prioritized confidentially and your intellectual property is safeguarded. All project details and design files are protected through secure systems/servers and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be drafted to ensure that your information remains confidential and is not shared without your consent. *NDA's drafted for the duration of the project.

  • 3D Product Rendering

    3D Product Renderings provide highly realistic and visually compelling images of your designs. By incorporating textures, lighting, and materials, photo realistic representations that showcase your product in its best light are created. Visualizing the final look helps make informed design decisions, and effectively communicate your vision to stakeholders or clients.

  • Simulation Testing

    Simulation testing offers comprehensive analysis of product designs. A few product analysis testing options are: Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), and Modal Analysis. These simulations enhance product reliability and performance, reducing the need for physical prototyping. Feel free to ask about specific testing.

  • Generative Design
