Small to Large Development

Residential developers looking for design options need someone who can deliver. I have experience delivering residential design packages with multiple options. Development projects may only need five options, or thirty, either way I'm here to provide design options.

Drawings will come with 2D floor plans, 2D elevations, and any available options for both interior and exterior. If you are looking for 3D models and renderings, I'm also able to provide this at an additional rate. If there is something else you are looking for regarding architecture, landscape architecture, interior architecture, urban design, urban planning, diagramming, all infographics, climate data, real estate consulting, or anything else regarding design, I am available for a 15 minute call any time.

The AutoCAD drawing will be imported into SketchUp, the site plan and building created, later import the model to Twinmotion to add vegetation, vehicle, people, etc., and finished it Adobe Photoshop. Software can vary depending on the project.
