This project was designed for a client opening a new car wash. The client has other car wash stations, so I to take the branding of his business and apply it to this new building. All types of commercial projects tend to take longer due to revisions and value engineering, but this one in particular happen to go quite quickly.

The AutoCAD drawing will be imported into SketchUp, the site plan and building created, later import the model to Twinmotion to add vegetation, vehicle, people, etc., and finished it Adobe Photoshop. Software can vary depending on the project.
