Additionally, I create a minimalistic 3D model of your home to help you visualize the spatial layout and functionality. This service includes two minor design revisions to ensure the plan meets your expectations.
Interior Design - Amenities and Furniture (Design Only)
Curating and recommending appliances, amenities, and furniture that suit the specific needs of your space. I conduct thorough research to find collections that align with your aesthetic and functional requirements. For custom-designed amenities, I'll collaborate with subcontractors to bring unique elements to life, based on the project's complexity.
Landscape Design - Outdoor Amenities (Design Only)
Crafting a comprehensive landscape design for your property, focusing on the strategic placement of greenery and outdoor features like pools, spas, bar areas, outdoor living spaces, and boat docks. I also plan exterior lighting and electrical systems, including surveillance and audio equipment, to enhance both functionality and ambiance.
Marketing - Real Estate Marketing Deliverables (Added Optional Service)
Creating 3D floor plans and rendered images for multi-family buildings or single-family homes to enhance online marketing efforts. We also design detailed flyers for open houses and provide consulting services for residential renovations aimed at increasing sale or rental value.
Project Management - Construction Coordination and Oversight (Optional Service)
Offering comprehensive project management services to ensure seamless coordination and execution of construction projects. I'll oversee timelines, budgets, and contractor coordination, ensuring that each phase of construction aligns with the design vision and client expectations.
