Launching soon? For founders and teams who need a cohesive identity that makes decisions easy and keeps every touchpoint consistent. We’ll align on strategy, select a visual direction and build a complete system you can hand to your team and partners.

Process

Where to start → Short intake form You share basics about your brand, goals, timeline and assets. I reply within 48 h with an answer and a calendar link to book a discovery call.
How we proceed:
Discovery call – up to 60 min We go deeper on your goals, needs, align scope and expectations.
Proposal – within 48 h You receive a detailed proposal: process, scope of work, timeline, pricing, payment terms, work policies and next steps.
Agreement & kickoff On approval, we sign the design contract and lock dates + I send an invoice for 50% upfront payment.
Design process:
Stage 1: Strategy workshop Collaborative exercises to clarify positioning, audiences, personality, priorities. I analyze and synthesize the results into a Brand Strategy Summary (PDF). Includes 1 revision round if needed. You approve: the strategy summary that becomes the strategic foundation.
Stage 2: Design direction Based on the strategy, I create two mood boards as a Visual Direction Boards. We select one direction and refine lightly if needed (1 revision round). You approve: the final visual direction (the North Star).
Stage 3: Visual identity design I design the brand identity system (logo suite, color, typography, example applications) and present it. Includes 1 revision round if needed. You approve: the final identity system.
Handoff You receive the Brand Guide and organized files (AI, PDF, SVG, PNG, JPEG), plus a guide for logo formats. Optional add-ons: packaging, template packs, stationery or website illustrations and assets.

What's included

  • Brand Strategy Summary

    A concise deck with brand's foundations, competitors and positioning, audience snapshot and brand personality that acts as the strategic foundation of the identity.

  • Design Direction board

    Approved mood board with overall aesthetics and notes, used to establish the creative direction that will guide every design decision throughout the project.

  • Logo System

    Primary, secondary and submark with clear-space and minimum-size rules.

  • Color System

    Palette with HEX/RGB/CMYK/Pantone notes and usage cases

  • Typography System

    Heading/body pairings, usage rules and licensing notes

  • Brand Guidelines

    A detailed PDF describing the three elements above and their usage rules, do’s/don’ts, examples in context.

  • File Handoff

    Organized folders with .ai, .svg, .pdf, .png exports and a guide for logo formats.

  • Revisions

    1 round for each stage (3-staged process). Additional rounds available if needed (see pricing).
