What's included
User Experience Audit Report
A comprehensive report (in Figjam) detailed all of the findings from the audit that includes UX issues with suggested solutions
Recommendations
A set of recommendations for changes will be annotated on the side of the product to improve the user's experience
Mobile Apps Audit Report (if applicable)
For mobile apps audit will be similar to UX Audit Report but only applies to one single user journey within the app.
