Process

After the first meeting and during the entire creative process, we will be in constant communication to ensure that we are aligned on every step taken and that you are always included in the design process from beginning to end.
1. Onboarding (First Meeting). This initial stage focuses on understanding the specific needs of your brand, discussing deliverables, and establishing a timeline. Following the meeting, I will provide a finalized price tailored to the project and its requirements.
2. 50% Deposit. Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive a questionnaire designed to gain deeper insight into your brand and its ethos, aiding in the development process.
3. Research and Inspiration (Visual World). I will conduct thorough research into your industry, current trends, and competitors' visual identities to inspire the design process. This ensures that the final design is both unique and relevant.
4. Define Brand Strategy. We will create the foundational elements that guide how a brand presents itself visually. This includes determining the brand's target audience, unique value proposition, key messaging, and overall brand positioning. It also involves identifying the brand's personality, tone of voice, and visual direction. It ensures consistency, coherence, and alignment with the brand's objectives.
5. Concept Development & Design Creation. This process involves creating the primary visual representation of your brand, including the logo, and developing complementary visual elements. It involves brainstorming, sketching, and refining concepts to ensure the final design effectively communicates your brand's values, personality, and positioning. Additionally, it includes designing elements such as color palette, typography, patterns, and iconography to align with your brand identity and resonate with your target audience. The objective is to create a cohesive and memorable identity system that reflects your brand's essence and fosters recognition and connection across various touchpoints and mediums.
6. Feedback and Iteration. Presentation of the initial concepts and feedback. Based on your input, I will refine and iterate on the designs until the objectives are met. Up to two rounds of refinements.
7. Finalization & Implementation Across Various Platforms. Upon approval of a design concept, I will proceed to finalize the visual identity. This involves refining details and ensuring consistency in the application of the developed identity system across different mediums where your brand interacts with its audience. This includes both digital and physical platforms such as websites, social media, print materials, packaging, signage, and merchandise. Implementation may involve adapting visual elements to suit the requirements and constraints of each platform, while maintaining the integrity and coherence of the brand's identity.
8. Final Payment.
9. Delivery. I will prepare the final files in various formats (e.g., SVG, PNG, JPG, PDF, EPS) suitable for both print and digital applications. Additionally, I will provide comprehensive guidelines on visual identity usage and specifications to facilitate consistent and proper application.
