When I was commissioned in 2023 to lead a visual strategy for an incubation school based in Tallinn, I had the opportunity to dive deep into Estonia's emerging and innovative startup scene and explore and develop a range of strategic directions for the project. Additionally, I gained an in-depth understanding of the branding and visual standards of numerous incubation organizations across Northern Europe and the Baltics. After concluding the project, I decided to further explore the potential of one of the initially unselected proposals, leveraging the extensive knowledge I had gathered throughout the research, development, and implementation process. The result of this exploration is presented below.

Designed as an open and dynamic space, Cub connects young entrepreneurs in the circular economy and creative industries with the right audiences, offering mentorship, guidance, and collaboration opportunities. Through regular events, it fosters a vibrant community where startups, micro-businesses, and zero-waste initiatives meet IT professionals and creative leaders to exchange ideas, build relationships, and explore emerging trends.
