The Strategic Design Session is a one-on-one brand clarity intensive for purpose-driven founders, creatives, and service providers. In just one session, you'll get expert feedback, a clear direction, and actionable next steps to elevate your brand’s visuals, messaging, and overall presence. It’s a focused, low-commitment way to get high-impact design strategy without jumping into a full rebrand.

Process

1. Book Your Session: Choose a time that works for you and fill out a short intake form so I can get to know your brand and goals.
2. Pre-Session Review: I’ll review your existing materials before we meet. This saves time and makes our session focused and productive.
3. Strategy Session: We meet on Zoom for a collaborative deep-dive. You’ll get real feedback and ideas in real time, with no pressure and no jargon.
4. Action Plan Delivery: Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a clean, easy-to-follow PDF outlining everything we discussed, including key visuals if needed.
5. Optional Implementation: If you want support executing a specific recommendation, you can book a follow-up or add on a mini design sprint.

    A short, visual summary of your current brand strengths, gaps, and positioning opportunities based on your website, logo, colors, messaging, and audience.

  • Live Strategy Call (60–90 min)

    A recorded Zoom call where we walk through your brand, challenges, and goals. We’ll identify what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change. You’ll leave with answers, not more questions.

  • 3–5 High-Impact Recommendations

    Tailored suggestions that are immediately actionable. These might include: • Visual design adjustments • Messaging shifts • Audience connection improvements • Simple brand system upgrades • Website fixes that improve clarity or trust

  • Quick Reference PDF

    A polished summary of what we discussed, including all recommendations and next steps. Delivered within 48 hours.

  • Optional Add-On: Mini Design Fix

    For an additional fee, I’ll apply one of the recommendations for you. This could be a new homepage layout in Canva, refreshed brand colors, a simplified logo variation, or social post templates to match your updated vibe.
