The obvious solution was to show a few clicks in the UI as you choose your topics. Clear, but not very interesting.
So I pulled that moment out of the interface first and turned it into a cloud of topics. You get the idea before you even see the product, then the video drops you back into the real UI and shows where it lives.
I really like these tiny decisions. The feature stays the same, but it feels easier to get and a lot more fun to watch. A SaaS interface can look cinematic. That first impression can make people want to explore the product.
These style frames were designed for Rivet Health’s product video, using light, scale and 3D depth to build emotion around the real UI.

What do you think guys? One scene, from the rough visual to the final shot 👀

This is probably my favorite kind of content to make. Just showing how the thing actually gets built. Rensair Air Purifier 3D Animation “That could be cool” turned out to be a pretty good career plan. This video is where it took me after 9 years.
I’d just started in motion design and wanted to play with interfaces. UI animation wasn’t much of a trend yet. I was curious what I could do with it.
One project led to another, and eventually I was making videos for SaaS and enterprise teams. The further I went, the more interesting it got. I started understanding the products behind those screens, finding the stories, knowing which details deserved attention.
All of that comes together in this video. It’s pretty cool to look at it and remember how casually the whole thing started.
Give your “that could be cool” idea a real shot. Mine had a lot more in it than I could see at the beginning. Until you realize there are nine other companies sitting right next to you. And some of them are pretty damn good, too.
AI is great at taking years of product development and squeezing it into a neat comparison table. Features, pricing, reviews, pros and cons. You win a few categories. Your competitors win a few others. Suddenly, products that took years to build start looking surprisingly similar.
Which is useful when someone is researching options. But nobody is signing an enterprise contract because they liked row three in a ChatGPT table.
They'll still visit your website, watch your demo, talk to sales, bring it up in a meeting, and probably have to explain the whole thing to finance.
And somewhere along that journey, they need a reason to remember you.
That's something we thought about when working with Rivet Health.
We built a visual language for their product video, then took those same frames and turned them into static marketing assets. Instead of making a video that lives on one page, we gave the brand a recognizable look it could carry across different touchpoints.
So when someone encounters the product again, it doesn't feel like they're seeing it for the first time. And I think that's where creative work becomes especially valuable.
AI can tell people how your product compares to 9 others. It can even help them decide which ones are worth looking at.
But getting someone to remember you, trust you, and actually want what you're selling? That's still marketings job. 3D Explainer Video for Healthcare SaaS | Rivet Health 3D Explainer Video for SaaS | Trainual
