3D Explainer Video for Healthcare SaaS | Pavilot

Pavilot connects directly to Adobe After Effects and helps creative teams turn animations into reusable templates that update automatically from data.

The challenge was not simply explaining how the product works.

It was showing that automation removes repetitive production work without taking creative control away.

For motion teams, automation can easily sound like compromise.

Less control. More templates. More generic output.

Pavilot does the opposite.

It automates the repetitive layer around the creative work, including versioning, changing inputs, and rebuilding the same assets again and again.

The explainer needed to make that distinction clear immediately.

The story was built around a real creative workflow rather than abstract product claims.

The video shows where time is lost, how Pavilot fits directly into the process, and how templates respond when data changes.

Real UI, 3D, transitions, and motion were combined to make the product feel fast, precise, and native to the environment its users already know.

The key idea was simple: automate the repetition, not the creativity.

I led the creative direction for the project through PING Studio.

My work covered the concept, storytelling, storyboard direction, visual direction, and motion direction, working closely with the art direction, 3D, production, and sound team throughout the project.

The final explainer made Pavilot easier to understand before a demo by showing the product inside the workflow its audience already recognizes.

Instead of positioning automation as a replacement for creative work, the video showed it as a way to remove production drag while keeping creative control intact.

The project received an Honorable Mention from Motion Design Awards.
