3D Explainer Video for AI Flow

AI Flow is a SaaS product by Tegos Group that uses AI to automate customer email replies.
The challenge was to explain a fairly technical workflow without turning the video into a dry sequence of screens. I wanted to keep the real interface at the center, while giving it enough visual presence to work as a promotional piece too.

The challenge

Most of the product value lives inside the workflow, which makes it easy for a video like this to become too functional.
The goal was to keep the product clear and recognizable, but make the experience more engaging than a standard software walkthrough.

The approach

Instead of treating the UI as something that sits inside a browser window, I built the visual world around it.
The interface moves through 3D space, changes scale and becomes part of the composition. That gave me more control over what the viewer sees first and how each product moment connects to the next.

UI as part of the scene

One of the main decisions was to treat the interface almost like a physical object.
A small UI detail could take over the whole frame, or a screen could move deeper into space and transition naturally into the next step of the workflow. It made the experience feel less like a feature list and more like a visual story.

Simplifying the product

A big part of product animation is deciding what not to show.
Real interfaces carry a lot of information, so I simplified each shot around one clear point of attention while keeping enough of the original UI for the product to stay recognizable.

Visual language

The final look came from combining the real interface with 3D and motion.
The UI carried the product, 3D created space and scale around it, and motion connected everything into one continuous flow.

Styleframes and motion

The styleframes were where most of the balance was tested.
How much depth could I add before readability started to suffer? How cinematic could the frame become before the product got lost? Those decisions then carried into lighting, materials, camera movement and animation.

Final result

The final film works as both a product explainer and a promotional asset for AI Flow.
It keeps the real product at the center, makes the workflow easier to follow and gives the interface much more visual presence than a standard software demo.

My role

Creative direction, product storytelling, visual direction, UI animation, 3D design and motion production.
