Overview
RacketPulse is a management and engagement platform designed for padel and racket sports clubs.
Productea led the end-to-end creation of the product, including product discovery, branding, UX architecture, UI design, and design system.
The Challenge
Many padel clubs still rely on fragmented tools, manual processes, or generic booking systems that don’t reflect how clubs actually operate.
RacketPulse aimed to create a club-first platform that simplifies daily operations while improving the experience for players.
The challenge was to design a product that:
Supports real club workflows and operations
Is easy to use for staff and players
Scales across different club sizes and countries
Combines management and engagement in one system
Discovery & Product Definition
We started with a discovery phase focused on understanding:
How clubs manage bookings, memberships, and payments
Pain points in existing tools and manual workflows
Different user roles (club managers, staff, players)
Key product flows and operational constraints
This phase allowed us to define a clear product scope and prioritize features that deliver real value to clubs from day one.
Branding & Visual Identity
The RacketPulse brand needed to feel sporty, modern, and professional, without looking like a generic fitness app.
We designed a visual identity that balances energy and clarity, suitable for both operational dashboards and player-facing experiences.
The branding system was built to:
Work across digital product and marketing touchpoints
Scale across different sports and markets
Support long-term product evolution
UX Architecture & Wireframing
We designed the UX architecture around real-world club workflows:
Clear flows for court booking, member management, and payments
Role-based experiences for staff and players
Reduced friction in daily operational tasks
Wireframes were used to validate usability early and ensure the product remained intuitive even as complexity increased.
UI Design & Design System
Based on validated UX and brand foundations, we designed the high-fidelity UI:
Clean, readable interfaces optimized for frequent daily use
Clear visual hierarchy for operational tasks
Consistent components across management and player views
In parallel, we built a design system to ensure consistency, speed up development, and support future features.
Handoff & Scalability
Designs were delivered development-ready, with detailed specs and reusable components.
The product was designed to scale across new club features, engagement tools, and international expansion.
