Compass is a personal orientation layer designed for the worst morning, not the best. It turns fifteen scattered operational surfaces into one two-minute glance, caps visible attention demands at three items, and treats “nothing needs you” as a successful state.
What I designed and built
A single morning-glance interface with one recommended next move
A hard three-item cap to protect attention
Age and confidence signals for every reported fact
Anti-shame defaults: no streaks, completion pressure, or walls of alerts
An offline-capable installable PWA and local collector
Evidence and limits
The product is shipped, live, and used daily by its intended user. Current usage evidence is n=1; this is not presented as broad user validation.
Designed and built a live PWA that reduces fifteen scattered operational surfaces to one two-minute morning view, with a hard three-item cap and a meaningful “nothing needs you” state.
