In developing a Theory of Change for KYROS, I crafted a strategic framework that empowered individuals to take control of their health through a focus on preventative measures. By conducting thorough research, I identified the need for a preventative healthcare strategy grounded in theories of incremental behavior change. This approach emphasized aligning health goals with personal values, creating a values-based pathway for individuals to engage with their health proactively. By integrating this strategy into the campaign, KYROS was equipped to inspire and empower customers to prioritize what truly matters to them, fostering a sense of ownership and commitment to their own health journey.
