I led a highly successful advocacy/education initiative that transformed public engagement with healthcare. The project focused on developing an integrated education and advocacy campaign that empowered individuals to adopt a holistic approach to health, rooted in personal values.
In developing a Theory of Change for KYROS, I crafted a strategic framework that empowered individuals to take control of their health through a focus on preventative measures. By conducting thorough research, I identified the need for a preventative healthcare strategy grounded in theories of incremental behavior change. This approach emphasized aligning health goals with personal values, creating a values-based pathway for individuals to engage with their health proactively. By integrating this strategy into the campaign, KYROS was equipped to inspire and empower customers to prioritize what truly matters to them, fostering a sense of ownership and commitment to their own health journey.

Deliverables

Digital Lead Magnet Ebook: This engaging ebook introduced readers to values-based healthcare, providing them with actionable insights and strategies to align their health goals with personal values. It served as an effective entry point, capturing the interest of a wide audience.
Interactive Online Training Workshop: Designed to be highly interactive, this workshop equipped participants with practical tools for values-based goal setting. Attendees left with a clear understanding of how to integrate their personal values into their health practices, enhancing their commitment to holistic wellbeing, and a 'blueprint' to build upon moving forward.
6-Month Holistic Health Journal: This comprehensive journal supported ongoing reflection and application of learned concepts. It was meticulously crafted to guide individuals through their health journey, ensuring sustained engagement and personal growth.
