Mindful Activism Training Program Development

In collaboration with New Humanity Coaching, I developed a transformative 10-session workshop series titled "Mindfulness for Changemakers," designed to enhance personal and collective growth among changemakers. This project aimed to integrate mindfulness practices with the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), empowering participants to lead with clarity, resilience, and compassion.

Deliverables:

Curriculum Design: Crafted a comprehensive curriculum blending mindfulness techniques with the principles of the IDGs, tailored to accommodate varying levels of mindfulness experience.

Interactive Workshops: Conducted engaging sessions that progressively built participants' understanding and practice of mindfulness in alignment with leadership goals.

Support Materials: Developed audio exercises and participant handbooks to reinforce learning and support ongoing practice beyond the workshops.
