After the decision, I started to collect data to define the problem. First of all, I conducted secondary research to understand the niche and target audience. Also in this step, I conducted competitors and UI patterns analysis to understand how we can stand out from others. And I surveyed to better understand the target audience.

Based on this information, I started to define the way and what I need to solve. For it, I have created personas and a customer journey map.

After all these steps, I have already some hypotheses, and based on them I have started to prototype a solution. I have created the information architecture, and user flow, and based on these I have created a prototype.

The final step was testing. I use A/B testing to check new designs. And new design shows better results.In the results, the conversion rate increased to 8%, with an average niche conversion of 6%. Then I passed all layouts to the programmers.
