About Tiberium

Tiberium is a highly qualified team of professionals committed to delivering exceptional product quality. Their in-house laboratory monitors the quality of both incoming raw materials and finished products, ensuring the highest standards of safety and performance. The company operates modern, technologically advanced production facilities to support an efficient and innovative manufacturing process.

Tiberium approached me with the following challenges:

Repetitive sales calls caused by unclear messaging, as prospects often asked the same questions, indicating a lack of accessible, structured information online.
Limited digital presence, with the company recognizing that without a strong online footprint, they were losing credibility and visibility.
Ambition to expand globally, requiring a website that would support their entry into international markets and appeal to a wider audience.
I was asked to create factory safety posters, presenting important rules in a lighthearted and humorous tone to make them more engaging and memorable for employees.

My Role & Achievements:

✅ 1. Reduced Support Load with Smart Content Strategy

We added a clear FAQ section and included detailed descriptions of products and services directly on the website. This helped decrease the number of calls with repetitive questions, resulting in most calls leading to direct orders.

✅ 2. Structured Communication Touchpoints

I mapped out and visually separated the different departments (retail, wholesale, logistics), each with its own contact information, so visitors can easily identify who to contact. This reduced internal confusion and increased client satisfaction.

✅ 3. Prepared the Brand for Global Expansion

I laid the foundation for multilingual support (English, Polish) to help Tiberium confidently enter the international market and attract European clients.

✅ 4. Designed a User-Centric Experience

The entire site was restructured around real user needs: quick access to the catalog, clear pricing visibility, and contact options—all optimized for fast decision-making by both individuals and corporate buyers.

✅ 5. Made It Fully Responsive

The website now adapts seamlessly to every screen size, maintaining clarity and performance across all devices.

✅ 6. Improved Visibility with SEO Best Practices

We implemented on-page SEO fundamentals: structured headings, proper metadata, and keyword-aligned copy, helping the site rank higher in search engines and attract more organic traffic.
