eBay + Zoom

This was my biggest project at eBay, where I helped bring Zoom into eBay as its new video conferencing tool.

I helped lead this campaign on the content side including communications, UX writing and design, content strategy, website architecture, and SEO. I also helped to convert 90% of users to the new tool. That's all I can say. Please contact me for more details.
