I deleted the "Seen" label from my own app.
A tick says you're watched. A face says someone showed up. So I swapped one for the other.
No light mode either. Trust is built in 2 seconds, not 2 minutes.
500 users. Zero ads. All word of mouth.
If your product has a retention problem, it's usually psychology, not features.
