I was tasked with creating an infographic for San Antonio Regional Hospital that explains why the hospital has a prescreening questionnaire. The explained that they again wanted the poster to follow basic branding guidelines but since the poster is be displayed inside the hospital, it did not need to be overly marketed with the hospital's logo. This project was a three week long project, with a total of three revisions.

The main objective that the hospital wanted me to focus on while designing, was that they want everyone to be able to understand what this poster explained even if thet don't speak the language. So we focused on imagery and icons, bolding certain information and highlighting others.
