Situation: the IT team lent out equipment with no tool to track it.
BETC is an advertising agency in Paris. I was Product Owner in its IT team from March 2020 to December 2022. In January 2023, the team needed an app to manage its stock and the equipment it lends to staff. So it asked me back as a freelancer.
Mission: build the app from the mockups and the specification.
The team already had the mockups (Figma) and the specification. The app had to be built and connected to the agency's Microsoft environment.
Actions
The screens. Built in Bubble (no-code) from the mockups, for desktop and mobile.
The back end. The database and its API in Xano.
Sign-in. Each employee logs in with their BETC Microsoft account (single sign-on with Azure AD, through Auth0).
BETC's data. The app reads what it needs from Microsoft (through Microsoft Graph) and from the IT team's tools.
The features. Equipment requests as tickets, stock management, notifications, and an admin page for the IT team.
Results
App built in two weeks, from 23 January to 3 February 2023.
It matched the mockups and the specification, according to the IT team's lead developer.
Client feedback
"This double role of PO and no-code developer lets him master the project completely. I highly recommend him."
Nirundthan Parameswaran, Lead developer, BETC (translated from French)

After almost three years as Product Owner in BETC's IT team, I came back as a freelancer to build their equipment loan app, linked to Microsoft accounts.
