A battery recycling app built in 2 months, extended in 2024

Situation: dealerships had used batteries to send to the recycler.
The client collects batteries from electric vehicles at dealerships, books a carrier to the recycler, then sends a recycling certificate. Each battery carries regulatory waste numbers.
Mission: one app, from the dealership's request to the certificate.
Actions
A tracking board. Each battery is a card: request, compliant, delivered, invoiced, archived.
A form for dealerships. On mobile and desktop.
Transport orders as PDFs. An admin groups batteries from several dealerships into one order.
Emails at each step. Dealership, carrier, recycler, then the certificate.
Results
App tested by the client two months after my first day (August to October 2023).
Second round of changes delivered and approved in February 2025.
113 hours of work in total.
