Evaboot, June 2023 to February 2026
Situation: the founders were still building the app themselves.
Evaboot is a B2B SaaS that extracts leads from LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The app runs on Bubble. The two founders grew it to $1M ARR (annual recurring revenue) with no employees.
So they were still building the app themselves. It had accumulated technical debt and bugs that kept coming back.
Mission: take over the app so the founder could go back to the business.
The app had to be taken over, cleaned up, then extended with what the business needed.
Actions
A clean database. I removed duplicate fields and moved data between tables without stopping the service. Scripts then checked every table.
A faster, cheaper app. The app went from several pages to a single page, and each screen now loads only the data it needs. Bubble bills on usage, so the bill dropped along with the load time.
An app another developer can take over. I replaced plugins with native Bubble functions, set a naming convention and built reusable elements.
Errors on record and data protected. Every API call handles its errors, and a log table records actions and errors. Each user sees only their own data, and API keys stay on the server.
What customers asked for. An admin dashboard, Stripe management from the app, pay on download, an export preview, team management, credits that expire, email enrichment, Intercom, a free trial and a referral system.
Limits against abuse. They protect users' LinkedIn accounts during exports and stop abuse of the free plan.
The integrations. Stripe, Brevo, Segment, Google Sheets and Churnkey. I also built the HubSpot, Clay and Apollo integrations, and webhooks that send exports to Zapier, Make or n8n.
A steady rhythm. A daily check-in with the founder, a priorities meeting every week, and each task tracked in Notion.
From 2026, I worked on the exit from Bubble, then on the MCP server and the CLI. Those projects have their own case studies in this portfolio.
Results
About 500 features and fixes in production, from June 2023 to February 2026 (rounded figure, from the product board).
The founder stopped developing and went back to the business.
Evaboot grew from $1M to $2M ARR over the period.

Client feedback

"I worked with Gautier for 3 years on Evaboot. He was the Product Manager and the developer of our SaaS, which grew from 1M€ to 2M€ in revenue over that period. He took us from an MVP to a stable, secure application, then added many features to it. In 2026, he helped us leave Bubble by migrating the data of our 200,000 users to our new stack, with no downtime. He then built our MCP server and our CLI with AI coding agents (Claude Code). He understands the product as well as the technology, always delivers on time and responds fast to every request. If you are looking for a top-level technical Product Manager, I highly recommend him."

I took over Evaboot's Bubble (no-code) app in June 2023. Until February 2026 I was its only Product Owner and developer: about 500 features and fixes shipped.
