1. When a custom field on the acuity scheduling is changed, if there is a specific response, send personalized emails using Gmail to clinic patients to write a Google review as per the selected option.

2. When a custom field on the acuity scheduling is changed, based on the selected response remind schedule emails in Gmail to be sent after 3,6,12 months depending on the option selected while updating the field on Acuity Scheduling.
