I worked with the agency to streamline their operations and automate them to make their operations easier and invest no time in manual recurring processes. Here are some use cases from our work-
1. Transfer the leads from Google Sheets to Zoho CRM as and when a new row is added to the sheet or the existing row is updated.
2. Transfer the leads from Facebook ads to Zoho CRM as and when a new lead is generated using Facebook ads.
3. Transfer the leads from the WordPress website’s Elementor form to Zoho CRM as and when a new lead is generated using the WordPress website’s Elementor form.

12. Calendly meeting reminders as WhatsApp messages 15 minutes before the meeting.
13. Once the status is paid for a Zoho Book invoice, send a WhatsApp thank you message to the respective client with a receipt link to download.
14. WhatsApp reminder message for invoice payment when Zoho books invoice due date is reaching in 6, 3, 1 day. If the Invoice is paid in between these reminders then don't send reminders.

16. Modify/Troubleshoot the make.com scenario for WordPress-Zoho CRM-Snov integration to get the data flow into the CRM from various website forms as the flow was set only for one form and data from others was not coming.
17. Modify/Troubleshoot the make.com scenario for Calendly to Zoho CRM integration to accommodate regular expression checks and get the data into the CRM. Data here was not at all coming to CRM.
