Creation of the first White Haven CRM. My longest and most formative work in UX Design. I spent 2 years in total to create this platform from scratch. The budget and the possibilities being very large, it allowed me to grow greatly and to be able to propose innovative solutions at any time.
This CRM is an internal work management platform. Task creation and workflow were the two main components of the project. Then, there was a whole bunch of features to implement, with a total of more than 40 features after two years.
White Haven is an institution in the world of finance and investment. They needed to have a proper in-house platform to work from. I was in charge of this project for 2 years which allowed me to greatly develop my skills in terms of design and creation as well as project management. We worked with the agile method, so we had many meetings each week where the goal was to implement a solution to a problem or a customer request.
My main goal has always been to listen and understand each client's request in order to come up with the ideal solution. Putting yourself in the customer's shoes is essential.
