Creation of a personalized space for merchants doing business with Vie Urbaine

UI/UX design of the very first internal management platform for the company Vie Urbaine. This platform aims to increase the number of merchant partners and the retention of these merchants through a fluid and user friendly platform.

OVERVIEW

After completing the redesign of the Vie Urbaine website, the next step was to build a company-specific CRM that allows merchants doing business with Vie Urbaine to accurately track their offers, sales, results, users and many other features. Being the first CRM of this type for the company, I started from scratch.

RESEARCH

UX Design | UI Design | Information Architecture This work was one of the biggest challenges in terms of user experience as each of the functionalities required great attention due to their complexity. Many wireframes, tests and client meetings were necessary to arrive at the final models. The most exciting challenge was to make a complicated concept simple to understand but also to use for anyone. I had to make different elements visually distinct because some elements like the tables reached 4 levels of information.

A big effort was put on the prototyping in order to be able to realize the most advanced user tests possible. We had to be sure that each element was in the best position to be as efficient as possible.
