As part of a design team as a Product Designer, I designed for a scalable web and mobile app for a globally distributed church organization. The platform supported features like attendance tracking (adults, teens, children), faith journey education, small group sign-ups, sermon video access, and custom user profiles. My design process included journey mapping, prototyping, and user testing to ensure a seamless, user-centered experience. Built on core CRUD operations, the app was optimized for flexibility, engagement, and long-term growth. This case study highlights the end-to-end product design process for a modern church management system.
