Centures is a venture capital firm with a mission of helping tech, health, fin-tech, and agricultural startups to reach the peak of their excellence.

The name of the company was Century Ventures, which was a bit of a mouthful and after some research, I decided to shrink it into a more memorable and digestible name viz. Centures. The word century signifies 100, which has a powerful cultural significance for excellence and reflects the longevity of the companies we invest in.

Vision

As a tech-enthusiast venture capital firm, our vision for the future is to be known as a trustworthy capital firm that really cares for the people who are crazy enough to change the world.

Mission

our mission is to equip those companies which have the fire to light the earth with much-needed support and capital to become the niche-defining leaders in that industry.

Typography & Color Palette

Since they wanted a very serious and modern feel to their brand I decided to go with the Helvetica which is a neo-grotesque with very pleasing proportions. For colors — I chose this muted grey with a blueish tint compared to cliche navy blue colors, to capture that very corporate and modern vibe. To spice things up I added striking purple color as an accent.

Brand Applications

Brand applications can be both for utilitarian purposes or for marketing purposes. As for the utility I did stationery which include a business card, and a cover letter. For brand activation or launch or to build brand awareness I designed, social media, signage, and apparel keeping them very cohesive with the theme and tone of the brand which is modern and techy.
