Marketing Strategy for Non-Profit Marketplace

DonorSee is a community platform that is transforming how charitable giving is done, and how people connect with their giving.
People can give to vetted projects and nonprofits, and see the impact of their giving through video follow-ups directly from the ground. To date, they have raised over $9.9 million for people in need, 22,000+ projects have been funded, and 59,000+ videos updates have been sent from recipients to donors all over the world.

My Role:

As Marketing Manager at DonorSee, I successfully drove customer acquisition and helped the company generate over 6 million in donations through the implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy.
This included:
Creating and running performance marketing campaigns that helped to deliver over 5,000 new donors at a positive ROI.
Implementing a email marketing strategy to drive donor engagement and increase retention.
Overseeing a content marketing strategy that had a combined organic reach of over 10 million and grew our social following by 22,000.
Playing a key role in product development, including a website redesign, continuous A/B testing, and feature releases that enhanced the user experience.
