Scaling Coworking Startup with Performance Marketing

From 2018 - 2021, I played a key role in the expansion of Talent Garden coworking campus across Europe.

After one year working with Talent Garden as a digital marketing specialist, I was promoted to the Global Lead for coworking.

In this role:

I managed an annual budget of €150K, planning and implementing marketing campaigns across a network of 21 coworking locations, working with the local sales teams to help them achieve their occupancy targets

I also played a key role in the launch of new markets, including Dublin, Vienna, Madrid, Barcelona, and Lille where we achieved an average of 75% campus occupancy within 12 months.
