Description:
A fast-growing supplement ecommerce brand approached me with a major challenge: despite investing heavily in paid ads and generating consistent website traffic, their email marketing channel was underperforming and contributing less than 10% of total revenue.
They already had Klaviyo installed, but their Klaviyo Email Marketing system lacked structure, automation, and strategy. There were no properly built Klaviyo flows, no advanced Klaviyo segmentation, and no effective email marketing funnel. Their email campaigns were inconsistent, their email templates were generic, and their messaging lacked personalization. As a result, their email marketing efforts were not converting traffic into revenue.

Challenge:

After performing a detailed Klaviyo audit and Email Marketing audit, I identified several core issues:
No structured Klaviyo Email Marketing strategy
Missing key Klaviyo flows such as Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart Flow, and Post-Purchase Flow
Poor email deliverability and inbox placement issues
Lack of Klaviyo segmentation and personalization
Weak email campaign strategy with no consistent sending plan
Outdated, non-responsive email templates
No use of email marketing automation or funnel optimization
Low engagement rates (open rates, CTR, conversions)
The brand had traffic, but no system to convert and retain customers through email.

Solution:

I rebuilt their entire Klaviyo Email Marketing system from scratch, focusing on automation, personalization, and conversion optimization.

1. Klaviyo Setup & Shopify Integration

Optimized full Klaviyo setup
Implemented seamless Klaviyo Shopify integration
Structured backend for proper data tracking and customer behavior analysis

2. Klaviyo Flows

I designed and implemented high-converting Klaviyo email flows, including:
Welcome Series Flow to convert new subscribers into buyers
Abandoned Cart Flow to recover lost revenue
Browse Abandonment Flow to re-engage interested visitors
Post-Purchase Flow to increase customer lifetime value

3. Email Campaign Strategy & Execution

I created a consistent email campaign calendar aligned with promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Instead of random email sends, the brand now had a structured Klaviyo campaign strategy focused on driving revenue.
Each campaign was built with:
Conversion-focused email copywriting
Clear call-to-action placement
Audience-specific messaging using Klaviyo segmentation
Optimized timing and frequency
This ensured every email campaign contributed to engagement, conversions, and customer retention.

4. Email Design & Template Optimization (Based on the Image)

For the email design shown in the image, I created a high-converting Klaviyo email template tailored specifically for the supplement niche.
The design focused on:
Clean and bold product presentation
Strong visual hierarchy for easy readability
Strategic call-to-action placement to drive clicks
Fully mobile-responsive layout for all devices
Brand consistency across colors, fonts, and messaging
The goal was not just aesthetics but performance. The structure was designed to guide users through the email, highlight product benefits, and encourage immediate action.

5. Optimization & Performance Tracking
