I was responsible for all social communication projects for the brand. Using analytics provided by the relevant social platforms and insights derived from those analytics, I worked with the creative team to develop optimized creative designs and content materials for Peak Chocolate.
The developed content based on consumer behaviour helped increase social engagements by 42% QoQ. The consumer insights identified were also used to create a mothers day campaign project which saw one of the best results from the brands’ campaign. It accomplished 300 organic entries within 10 days.
