Based on the needs and goals of key internal stakeholders, including subscribers, this newsletter was developed to keep the brands' LinkedIn audience updated on everything happening in Reliance Health and promote key Reliance Health offerings.
I was a project manager and writer, collaborating with writers and designers to create the newsletter content. I created the measurement plan, assigned tasks to make it a success and tracked our progress continuously from initiation to post-publishing.
I collaborated with a team of 4 members to launch this project, including a visual designer, content writer, and SEO specialist. The project achieved over 3000 subscribers in lessthan 4 weeks.
