A company who has plant rental services struggle to effectively reach and engage their target audience organically with 0% on their social media engagement rate. To solve this problem, I utilized competitive analysis and comparative SWOT Analysis to provide actionable marketing strategy recommendation in order to achieve company's marketing goals.

How do I do it?

First, I create the problem statement first, to know what kind of problem that I need to solve and the objective goals from the company.
I do research the market size and growth to make sure the industries is still profitable
I do my pre-eliminary research to know the company better, their strength, their weakness.
I do competitive analysis based on 7P marketing mix to give a holistic approach about how competitor's marketing works and insight both their strength and weakness
I do comparative SWOT analysis to compare top 3 competitors and company to identify strengths that can be considered into main strategy, using their weakness become company's strength, and leveraging opportunities.
Finally, the strategy is designed with actionable tactics
