Communicate with drivers to provide load information, directions, and updates on delivery schedules. Address and resolve any issues or delays during transit, including detention and TONU. Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and load confirmations.
