Abraham Moons, a well-known UK brand, recently introduced a new brand called Rosemill. They didn't have any visibility and I had to build everything from scratch. From setting up their ads account, GA, GTM, merchant centre, conversion tracking to launching campaigns and optimising them.
By the end of November, I had completed the setup process and commenced advertising their products on Google Ads, simultaneously working on establishing brand recognition. This included Search, Pmax and Video campaigns (prospecting + retargeting)
Initially, the brand had an average of 100 monthly searches. However, in December, the number of brand searches increased to 270, and further surged to 320 in January. The brand is steadily gaining more website visitors and increasing awareness through effective advertising efforts.
Although we have achieved 25 sales thus far, our return on ad spend (ROAS) currently remains negative. This is primarily due to ongoing testing of various campaign types and products to determine what yields the best results, alongside implementing numerous website changes to optimize performance.
Around July, they rebranded under "Bronte By Moon" which is part of the Bronte Moon brand for retailers. From July, the performance has been improving MoM since we could advertise as the brand itself which has loyal customer base & trust in the market. It has been a slow progress of multiple months with 1x ROAS.
Finally we're doing a 700% ROAS around December'23 which used to be 100% 6 months back.
The revenue is also improving MoM. We've gone from £200/ month to £8000/ month in revenue.
This client is the perfect example of slow success.
