Lead Gen for a local business in UK

The client has a local printer shop in London. I have been working with them since January 2023 when their budget was around £250 a month which was then increased to £400 a month mid year. I'm writing this in December'23 where we have increased the spends to £600 monthly for just the holiday season. This account like many other accounts had a slow start for the first 90-100 days getting about 10 leads monthly.

Once the budgets were increased a bit, we saw a huge jump in numbers. June did the highest this year of 43 leads.

The performance then dipped for a few months but was picked up again from August.

The average cost for each lead varies between 10-20 pounds for the client. The business gets more phone calls than form submits but both are prioritised so both search & call campaigns are run throughout the year with most emphasis on mobile devices due to the nature of the business.
