The client was getting around 300 leads on average monthly. They wanted to double their lead inflow while maintaining their CPA.
After a bunch of optimisations, conversion tracking fixes, landing page tweaks, in just a month I was able to achieve the following
120% Increase in leads with just 20% increase in budget (leads include form submissions + calls from ads/website)
45% reduction in CPL (fell from ₹650 to ₹350)
In June I was able to maintain this performance - gave 790 leads at CPL of ₹350.
July was even crazier, 878 leads at a CPA of ₹350
That's a growth of 150% in just 3 months with a 50% reduction in CPL (it's important to note that the budgets were increased gradually every month but didn't exceed the ₹3 lac limit. There was only a 25% increase in budget from April to July)
Also, the leads are cold traffic. Branded traffic is less than 10% of the total leads every month.
Consistently, over the months, 30% of the total business leads come from Paid ads.
