This is a hair transplant clinic based out of London. The client's goal is to have customers contact them through calls or form submits asking for details on their services or to book a free consultation. I started working on their account in May 2023 when they were spending about £1500 a month with average 20 leads monthly. I shifted the focus of the account to only form submits as there will be minimal users who would want to instantly call as it's a big decision & is well researched by people so launched a couple of search campaigns for the client specific to the areas around London + different hair types who would go for a hair transplant.

We saw an immediate lift in June to 29 leads from an average of 10 before. The cost has been more or less consistent through the year.

The cost/lead fluctuates from £60 to £120 which is great as the client's services cost about £2K - 4K for a treatment and they are able to convert about 20-30% of the leads generated.
