Prompt Mine is a sister product to Memo’d developed by the most recent discoveries and AI market initiatives. With only 1 year in production and 3 months in the market, its already exhibiting progression. Yet its trying to navigate the hardships of agile and start-up development.

The fast pace development and design hinger the basic needs of HCI and UX, making the users feel lost when entering the app. The majority of users will enter the app and drop-off to never come-back again, the users that did stayed didn’t explore the feed and preferred to stay in their profile.

As the Product Designer and Consultant, my goal was to ideate strategies and effective yet simple UX/UI changes that can be crafted in the fast-paced environment to retain users after the sign-up journey.

We focused to tackle all areas of product design and development, yet with no particular north star to guide the process--Ultimately concentrating in the triangulation of viability, feasibility, and desirability.

Add extra information to the Home Feed title.

Integrate social media post-thoughts interaction so that creators can express how the prompt helps them and others.

Changed social interactions to be more accommodating and relatable to the main Gen Z audience.

Added view only social media likes to inspire users to click in post they see as more popular.

Discovered the problems affecting the User Journey.

3.12% retention growth after sign-up in the first week.

Got buy-in from Business stakeholders to re-think the Social Interactions.
