“Project B2B” was a 14 week Agile project consisting of 7 two week sprints. I worked as part of a UX/UI partnership to identify and refresh the key pages of the business website. The objective was to drive a 3% uplift in business application.
After establish a direction, communicate and collaborate productively. We structured our activities via biweekly sprints using |
an agile approach that enabled us to move quickly from concepts to wireframes. We created interactive prototypes and carried
out usability testing in the lab.

Bringing it all together

After conducting a few explorations and user testsWe decided to move forward with a simple direction that captured a common theme we heard from the users we interviewed: providing a straightforward view of monthly spending breakdowns and enabling comparisons with the previous month.
