Revamping Bp Pulse Website

Due to time constraints, we opted for a lean UX approach, emphasising just enough research, ideating collaboratively, and rapid sketching and prototyping to validate designs internally and test externally. We kicked off the project by setting up several workshop sessions with key stakeholders and POs in order to define the end-to-end journey. I then put together a flow that was guided by the knowledge from the engineering and product teams. We then iterated based on all parties’ feedback. 

Create prototyping became part of the design process rather than a separate deliverable. I developed an initial prototype version for testing and review with stakeholders, aiming to validate our assumptions. Based on their feedback, I updated the prototype and created different scenarios for usability testing.

I worked closely with the brand agency as the guidelines were written to determine digital best practise, setting up the UK as the flagship site and pattern library for all regions to follow..
